At Tiffany Ro’, every piece is meticulously crafted to reflect luxury, individuality, and timeless design. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we offer exchanges and store credit only. Refunds are not issued.
🔁 Exchanges
We accept exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Returned in the original shipping box or equivalent protective packaging
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at returns@tiffanyro.com with your order number and request. Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipment.

💳 Store Credit
If you'd prefer not to exchange, we are happy to issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card, valid for use on any future Tiffany Ro’ purchase.
Store credit will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
